Creamy Fudge


1 tin condensed milk

500 g caster sugar

125 g butter

5 ml vanilla essence


Combine all ingredients, except essence in large microwaveable bowl.

Microwave for ten minutes on high, stirring every two minutes.

Add essence.

Whisk with an electric whisk until you judge it’s all about to go grainy.

Pour into a shallow greased container..

Stand for ten minutes before cutting into squares.

Eat when cool.
